New Ergonomic Linen Cart Features Lower, Wider Cutout To Invite Access, Reduce Bending And Reaching

Ashtabula, OH - The new 72L bulk linen cart from laundry product manufacturer Meese Orbitron Dunne Co., Ashtabula, Ohio, features an ergonomic design with a lower and wider center cutout than the industry standard MOD 72P for increased access to towels, sheets, table linens and other goods. Developed to promote worker safety and ease compliance with OSHA's general duty clause 29 USC 654 covering ergonomics, the new MOD 72L replaces the standard angled cutout with an oversized, squared cutout opening the entire width of the cart for reduced bending and reaching during loading and unloading.
Ideal for use in commercial laundries, hotels, resorts, restaurants, correctional facilities, hospitals, nursing homes, health clubs and other facilities where worker safety and productivity are paramount, the MOD 72L is available with optional mesh netting spanning the entire cutout that keeps linens inside the cart during transport and deters casual theft. Designed-in hand holds to ensure the cart is pushed or pulled from an ergonomically proper position and casters with optional brakes are also available for extra safety in staging and positioning carts on loading docks, trucks and trailers.
