PureSafety Certified By International Association For Continuing Education And Training

Nashville, TN - PureSafety, a provider of online safety training and risk management software solutions, announced recently that it is now an authorized provider of the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET). This prestigious authorization allows PureSafety to provide IACET-approved CEUs on its extensive library of over 450 online training courses covering all aspects of Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS), Driver Safety, Employee Health & Wellness, Emergency Preparedness, Human Resources (HR) and much more.

In order to be an approved IACET provider, PureSafety had to complete an extensive application process, demonstrate adherence to all IACET criteria and guidelines, and undergo a strict evaluation by continuing education peers. "The IACET CEU is the hallmark of quality training and instruction," stated Ron A. Kirsch, Ph.D., Vice President of Business Development for PureSafety. "Industry professionals such as Certified Safety Professionals, Industrial Hygienists and Risk Managers are required to meet continuing education requirements to maintain their designation. Anyone needing CEUs will find it convenient and cost effective to earn them online through PureSafety."

PureSafety is initially offering IACET-approved CEUs on its 10-hour programs for construction and general industry. Anyone completing PureSafety's OSHA 10-hour programs at its dedicated OSHA 10 website (www.oshatrainingondemand.com) will now earn both their completion card from the Department of Labor, as well as 1.0 CEUs. Other individual courses and suites will soon be available for industry professionals looking for ways to conveniently earn CEUs.

"Obtaining IACET approval is a testament to the high quality training courses produced by our skilled content development and subject matter experts," stated William A. Grana, Jr., PureSafety's President and CEO. "Having the ability to offer CEU credits on our training programs is a key competitive advantage and it provides significant value to the industry professionals we serve."
