His application of auditing and evaluation skills includes flight operations, safety, security, and human factors/crew resource management. He administers behavioral threat assessment in both private and public settings. A former CEO of a safety and security consultancy, Mr. Williams has first-hand experience in industrial and institutional travel health and security program development and administration. He co-authored "Aircrew Security: A Practical Guide" (Ashgate Publishing, 2004) and serves as an expert witness in aviation security litigation.
