Asbestos and Lead based paint containing materials are hazardous materials and can represent harmful effects when exposed. Several laws and regulations are constantly being changed in order to limit the exposure levels of these materials. Managing these materials properly ensures that your employees, tenants, and maintenance personnel are safe and you are protected from potential liability.

Asbestos and lead surveys are conducted for a variety of different purposes. RGA can advise you as to which is the most appropriate type of survey for your needs.
