Audits

We have a license to use one of the most powerful audit programs available today to conduct OSHA compliance audits. Compliance: EHSTM 2.0 is designed to be loaded on a laptop computer and taken to the field. The ADMIN module is very flexible and allows a wide range of organizational structures to be input along with audit personnel with varying levels of security. The FINDINGS module gives the auditor access to over 1,500 protocols (OSHA regulations) in 54 categories ( noise, PPE, hazardous materials, confined space, fire protection, etc.). For each applicable protocol, the auditor enters compliance information and in the case of non-compliance enters risk data (probability of occurrence and severity). Corrective action in terms of personnel, schedule and cost can be entered. At the end of the on-site audit, a report can be delivered to management. The audit report can also e-mailed to central office and the data compiled into a company database.
