PROMPT ACCURATE REPORTING sent by printer, fax, mail, modem to modem, and/or computer disk depending upon the specific needs of the client
Services we provide include:

PROMPT ACCURATE REPORTING sent by printer, fax, mail, modem to modem, and/or computer disk depending upon the specific needs of the client. STAT testing is available for most procedures. Additional charges may apply for STAT services (please call Client Services). Telephoned and special reporting methods are available upon request.

REPEAT DETERMINATIONS, at the physician's request, will be performed on the same specimen without charge, whenever, in the physician's opinion, the result does not correlate with the patient's clinical status.

SPECIMEN PICKUP is provided in the metropolitan Los Angeles area. Please call Client Services by 3:00PM to assure same day service. For clients outside the Los Angeles area and depending on sample stability, specimens should be either 1) mailed or 2) shipped via overnight mail to arrive at the lab Monday through Saturday. Do not ship on Saturday. Samples collected on Saturday should be held and shipped on Monday to avoid delays and specimen deterioration. Contact Client Services for overnight shipping information.

SUPPLIES (collection and shipping) are provided to our clients at no charge, except for the glass syringes and needles used for adipose tissue aspiration. There is a $15.00 usage fee for each syringe and needle set. Supplies may be obtained by submitting a supply order form, or by calling Client Services. Please allow at least one week to receive your supplies.

REFERRED TEST PROCEDURES (procedures not performed at our laboratory) will be sent to a reference laboratory of our choice; a handling charge will be added for this service.

METHODS DEVELOPMENT services are available through our department of Research and Development (R & D). Our staff is prepared to provide complete analytical assistance from initial design through implementation. Please contact Dr. Linda Aston, Director, Occupational Services, for additional information and developmental fee structure.

CONSULTATION with our doctorate staff is available to assist our clients in the development of medical surveillance or biological monitoring programs.
