Employee Health Software System

Respond! for Windows is a flexible and easy to use software system for tracking Employee Health. It provides the health professional immediate and confidential access to information on tests/exams, vaccinations, risks, conditions, exposures, work-related injuries/illnesses and absences. It has been designed for "computer innocents", yet it satisfies experienced users with its powerful features. It is suited for collecting and retrieving aggregate data. The software is offered in modules to allow the user a choice in purchasing one or a combination of Tests/Exams; Vaccines; Exposures; Work-related Injuries/Illnesses; Absences and Demographic Download. Two modules come free with the first purchase: Demographic and Followup/Scheduler.

Users can backup data, archive records, export data into Excel for presentation in graphs, preview reports and letters on screen, print mailing labels, edit letters and even annotate the on-line help with personalized comments. A new feature in Version 2.0 called Presto! allows users to batch enter tests or vaccines into any number of records with one action.
