Synopsis of Program "Ergonomics Awareness" provides employees with a basic orientation to ergonomics and how employees can contribute in an overall ergonomics safety program. A variety of manufacturing and general industry settings are used. Topics addressed include: the nature of cumulative trauma disorders, ergonomic related health effects, prevention of ergonomic related disorders, and the procedure to follow when reporting problems.
