ExoFit™ XP Harnesses

The ExoFit XP incorporates new material technology to deliver the ultimate in comfort. Its state-of-the-art 3-D mesh lining allows moisture to evaporate and cool air to circulate throughout the shoulder, back, hip and leg pads. This padding is removable and completely washable - another industry first. The cushioned leg and hip straps offer comfort and additional security during a fall. The "soft" edging prevents chafing and the lightweight webbing is strong without feeling stiff and coarse.

The ExoFit XP's superior "X" design wraps around the wearer for the ultimate in no-tangle donning and comfortable security. The spring loaded "stand-up" dorsal D-ring ensures an easy connection to a lanyard or SRL without straining to reach it. The harness incorporates a 5-point adjustment system and an adjustable dorsal D-ring for a perfect fit every time. Our industry-first quick-connect buckles are now color coded (silver leg buckles and black chest buckle) making donning as easy as 1-2-3. The "easy-grip" end tabs provide something to hold onto when adjusting the straps.

Another industry-first is the built-in impact indicator on the dorsal D-ring. Integral lanyard keepers serve two functions; provides a connection point for your lanyard when not in use, and for added safety it will snap-free upon "snagging" eliminating trip-fall hazards. Web strap keepers also prevent dangerous entanglements. A properly positioned pelvic strap distributes forces during a fall.
