This program uses the theory of optical illusions to capture the audience's attention and applies the principles of observation to train employees to recognize hazards in the work environment. The program educates workers with visual examples of the different types of hazards commonly found in the workplace, and teaches them the skills to effectively identify potential hazards at their own site. It includes facilitator guide and employee handbooks. It demonstrates exactly how workers should use all of their senses to recognize and prevent hazards in the workplace, including the following:

•The specific skills and techniques for recognizing hazards
•How to identify the types of hazards they might encounter
•Their personal responsibilities in accident prevention
