The raw data from ODG is now available for licensing. Because of increased interest in using these industry-standard duration guidelines in internal systems, we have developed considerable flexibility in how they can be delivered. Three data sets are available for licensing in spreadsheet format. The following are descriptions of the sets. Individual layouts can be altered to meet client needs.

1. ODG's "Best Practice" Guidelines are unique in identifying many of the key variables in disability duration for each diagnosis. These Return-To-Work pathways may include type of therapy or procedure, type of job (including identifying specific job restrictions), and key indicators of severity. Without these pathways it is not always meaningful to provide a target number of days for disability duration.
The raw data set can be broken down into Department of Labor job category (sedentary, light, medium, heavy, very heavy), and presented with five columns: the ICD9 code, description, DOL category, RTW pathway, and median number of calendar days. We can customize the format of different fields if necessary.

2. The raw data from the CDC NCHS National Health Interview Survey is available as a file with 15 columns: ICD9 code, description, number of cases, median number of calendar days, mean, and number of days by decile.

3. The raw data from OSHA is available as a file with 13 columns: ICD9 code, description, number of cases, median, and days by decile.
