The LMP 10 Halocarbon monitor is a dedicated
electron capture gas chromatograph that is
optimized for the detection of Halocarbon 11 or
Halocarbon 112 when used as a challenge agent for
nuclear carbon filters as specified in ANSI
Standard N510. This monitor is manufactured
exclusively for NCS Corporation of Columbus, Ohio
who in turn provide this unit to the nuclear power
industry. The monitor is also used by the military
to undertake ANSI N510-type testing of charcoal
filter systems.
