Online Training For 2018 NFPA 70E Standard Now Available From Mastery Training Services

Novi, MI (PRWEB) - Mastery Training Services has released a new course, “Electrical Safety: 2018 NFPA 70E Arc Flash Training,” to address the recent updates to the NFPA 70E standard for electrical safety.

The NFPA 70E is revised and updated every three years and the 2018 standard is now available. Some of the changes to the 2018 standard involve conducting Job Safety Analyses, investigations of incidents and accidents, and PPE labels.

This new course, produced by ERI Safety Videos, explores the safe work practices employees should use when working with electricity to prevent accidents and injuries due to electrical shock and arc flashes. The course topics include; the Electrical Safety Program, risk assessment and control, the Qualified Person, establishing electrically safe work conditions, approach boundaries, the arc-flash boundary, arc-rated clothing and PPE, field labels, and energized work and the Energized Work Permit.
