PHAWorks 4.1 is a process hazard analysis (PHA) software program that has the capability to generate reports to HTML files. This software allows the user to conduct PHA studies using either spreadsheets or datasheets, and has built-in protocols in the form of checklists to ensure the PHA will meet regulatory and technical requirements. By specifying banner names, worksheet column headings and report layout text, this system provides the user with the ability to customize standard PHA techniques and to accommodate those who require non-English banner, column and layout text. With this software, other programs or documents can be opened (including accessing the Internet) from within the worksheet to display information needed by the PHA team.
