Alternate Sites Evaluations

Alternate Sites Evaluations are performed to help identify and select the most cost efficient and effective recovery solutions for meeting established objectives. Alternate sites evaluated can include internal and external facilities, and are conducted against sets of critical risk factors (e.g., physical security, fire, power, logistics, etc.).

Vendor Evaluations

Vendor Evaluations are conducted to equitably and objectively weigh the costs and benefits of varying vendor solutions. Vendor Evaluations are performed for any vendor products and services including recovery site facilities, back-up solutions and software planning products.

Test Planning & Support

Test Management, Planning & Support is provided through the development of detailed test plans, test scripts and test schedules. Post-test documentation includes a Test Report with observations and recommendations based upon the test results.

Plan Audit & Maintenance

Plan audits are conducted for existing plans to identify potential areas for strengthening, expanding and/or improving the overall program. Maintenance is conducted as a means to ensure that plans are kept up to date and consistent with changing business requirements.

Audit Review Preparation

Audit review preparation services are designed to help clients prepare for upcoming audits to be conducted by internal, external or regulatory entities. Services include full review of previous recent audits, analysis of program gaps, remediation suggestions, report writing and participation in audit proceedings.

BCP and IT Staffing

Recruiting Services support both the Technology Solutions Group and the Business Continuity Planning Group by recruiting, screening and placing candidates in either full-time employment opportunities or consulting capacities. We review our enviable network of highly qualified professionals to find the best candidate for each client's individual needs, and provide full service from start to finish through the recruitment, hiring and startup processes.
