Wolverine Leathersturer's structurally engineered moldable composite technology enables this new footwear line to meet ANSI and CSA testing standards for compression and impact. Molded from layered fiberglass resins, SEMC footwear offers a consistently advanced composite toe. The footwear is lightweight, less conductive to sold, and retains heat. The memory properties of the boot or show allow it to return to 85% of its shape after compression or impact. Styles are made without metallic hardware of any kind. With the absence of metal, airport and delivery personnel can easily pass through security detection gates without removing their footwear.
