The PX Cooler supplies chilled water to one or two TUBEsuit™ users for highly effective body cooling. Users connect to the PX Cooler via an umbilical water supply hose. The PX Cooler can be used with all TUBEsuits.
The CORETECH™ PX Cooler is an ice-based umbilical cooling unit with the capacity to support two workers for several hours. It uses an air-powered pumping system (PX Pump) coupled with a standard commercial ice chest. The ice chest acts as the ice/water reservoir. Requiring a very small amount of compressed air to operate, the PX pump can also be used as a stand-alone unit with other ice/water reservoirs. A built-in regulator gives the user full control of the cooling level, with simple single knob control.
