Upon request, the sales representative can visit the worksite to determine the perfect fit for each employee using Fitronics technology for foot casting. The employee steps across a small electronic pad for a fast and accurate measurement of gait, dimension, size and pressure points of the feet. The data is then analyzed and used to match the unique size and support requirements for the brand and style requested, resulting in a guaranteed fit for each employee.

Compliance and monitoring of footwear is tracked through a series of daily reports managed through the ASP (applications service provider) model. Employers can receive information on which shoes were ordered by which employees on a workplace, regional and national basis. Within their own co-branded website, employers also have access to the latest news, trends, safety regulations, product test results, OSHA standards and a peer-driven "product review forum." Employees can also watch safety videos, training demonstrations and new product briefings online.
