The integrated Construction Safety Training System (CSTS) helps ensure that every worker on site has the same level of safety knowledge. It is designed to change worker behavior, resulting in fewer incidents. The courseware is delivered on CD-ROM and can be used wherever a worker has access to a computer. Detailed training results are automatically tracked as the student learns and are managed centrally in a User Management System using the Internet or a network. Summaries or detailed reports can be printed easily.
