These covers are designed to remind and deter people who may attempt to start a vehicle under repair. The covers are made of 10-oz. reinforced vinyl and have a screen-printed ANSI header and legend. The upper half has a stitched pocket to slip over the steering wheel. The bottom features a 3/8-in. metal grommeted hole to accommodate a 1 ½-in. hasp or padlock that secures the cover to the steering wheel.

Steering wheel covers are stocked in three different sizes to fit standard 16-in., 12-in., and 24-in. steering wheels. Users may also choose from four legends.
