The company offers their TaskMaster for Calibration Management, which utilizes software and hand-held computers to improve the accuracy and productivity of instrument inspection and maintenance personnel, and ensures compliance with regulatory and quality assurance requirements.

The software maintains a user-defined comprehensive database on all equipment, including required inspection intervals, test parameters for each instrument and the tasks required for completing inspection or calibration procedures. The user can also establish numeric values for acceptable temperatures, gauge readings, pressures, etc. which allow the system to notify the user, and define the corrective action required, if an instrument is found to be operating outside of acceptable parameters.

The hand-held computer records the bar-code identity of the device under test, the date, time, location and inspection or calibration activity, as well as the associated readings or actions taken. This information is used to update the database and generate custom reports, eliminating paper logs and redundant data entry. The TaskMaster system also ensures compliance with ISO and other quality audits.

TaskMaster provides many user-defined fields and a fully customizable reporting function. Data can be cross-referenced by all fields, and a built-in help function is available from anywhere in the system. The comprehensive data management system is also suitable for tracking and scheduling workload and allocating personnel resources.
