Technical Support

There are various types of support available for BAPP users ranging from support packages to enhancement services. Datalink is one service being offered that provides BAPP technology user sites with customized data analysis reports on a quarterly basis. Once a copy of a site's observation database is sent to the company, a customized data analysis report is sent in return. This report includes a practical interpretation of the data, charts analyzing key process parameters, and comparisons to the overall user base.

Also being offered are BAPP Enhancement Services that assist established efforts through a combination of workshops and coaching, in order to support implementation. These services assist sites in expanding, reassessing, and focusing their efforts for continuous process improvement.
