DATA LOGGING VELOCICALC PLUS
METERS FROM TSI

St. Paul, MN --- The TSI VELOCICALC Plus meters can simultaneously measure and data log several parameters using a single probe. These hand-held instruments can measure temperature, humidity, differential pressure and velocity from a thermal anemometer or a Pitot tube. They are also capable of calculating volumetric flow rate, wet bulb temperature, dew point, heat flow and can convert between actual and standard readings.

These easy to use meters offer single point or continuous data logging, storing the data along with date and time. The user selects which parameters to log simultaneously. Data can easily be downloaded to a computer for reports and further analysis.

As an added feature, the instruments can measure flow rate, humidity, and temperature before and after a device, and calculate the change in heat flow. These meters can automatically calculate sensible heat flow, latent heat flow, total heat flow, and sensible heat factor.

There are three models (8384, 8385, and 8386) available with the parameters to fit your needs. The VELOCICALC Plus is ideal for many HVAC applications including: heat flow calculations, stack velocity or flow readings, velocity tests, fume hood face velocity measurements, filter face velocity measurements, wind tunnel work, thermal comfort studies and clean room studies. All models can be purchased with either a straight or articulating probe. Each model is designed to provide high accuracy over a wide dynamic range for each of the parameters measured.

TSI instruments are backed by more than 38 years experience in airflow measurement technology. Each instrument is backed by a two year limited warranty, a fast turn-around service policy and each instrument comes with a complete certificate of calibration traceable to NIST.
