Our Automatic Scraper Strainer is designed to automatically remove contaminants from 18 cm down to 100 microns in size from all liquid process flows. It is ideally suited to the purification of water intake from lakes and rivers or for removing waste from industrial effluent or other wastewater treatment. Common applications include intake water for chemical, pulp and paper and power generation facilities, cooling tower filtration, and process filtration in paint plants and breweries. Unlike conventional backwash-design strainers, the Scraper Strainer can automatically remove all large solid particles, even bottles and cans.
