5-Piece Uni-Hoist System

Not all confined spaces are created equal and that is why most confined space equipment just doesn't measure up. Uni-Hoist was built on custom designed units created to address the non-ideal confined space (i.e.) tanker trailers, rail cars, barges, hydro electric transformers, etc. Since its introduction in 1987, Uni-Hoist has become the product of choice worldwide. We have been able to solve and continue to solve some of the most difficult confined space and fall protection problems faced by industry today. Whether used for routine entry/exit or emergency rescue operations, Uni-Hoist outperforms the competition.

The Uni-Hoist solves vertical, horizontal and counterweight applications. It is man rated to 350 lbs. and provides a 5000 lb. anchor point at the U-bracket. The 78" aluminum fixed mast head comes in offset reaches of 18", 24", 30", 36" and 48" and is capable of mounting more than one winch or a combination of winches and self retracting lifelines. It also pivots 90 degrees in two directions allowing the entrant to be moved away from the manway entrance.

The base, constructed of aluminum, is adjustable from 36" to 56" and has wheels so the unit may be moved from one area to another without breaking it down. The base also comes with a gusset that provides loop eyes for rescue anchor points.
