ACCA Seeks Members For Safety Masters Club
Arlington, VA - The Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA), the nationwide association of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVACR) contractors, is accepting submissions for its "Safety Masters Club" recognition program until May 9, 2008.
The Safety Masters Club recognizes ACCA contractors who have made a significant impact on workplace safety by implementing programs that produce results. It is an opportunity for contractors to demonstrate to their employees, customers, and community that they have an outstanding commitment to safety in the workplace.
Those contractors with the best safety record in their size category will also be presented with the ACCA Safety Award of Merit.
Any ACCA contractor member can apply for recognition in the appropriate category that based on company size (in man hours): 0 to 15,000 hours; 15,001 to 40,000 hours; 40,001 to 100,000 hours; 100,001 to 200,000 hours; and 200,001 + hours.
Applications are only open for the Safety Masters Club once a year, and are being accepted until May 9, 2008 for activities in the 2007 calendar year. Applications and instructions for submission are available online at www.acca.org/safetymasters/.
