Chemical Reporting Module

The Advanced Chemical Reporting (ACR) Module delivers a platform for facilities that are subject to Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) reporting. This inventory analysis tool uses data provided on a MSDS, such as ingredient CAS numbers, ingredient contributions and specific gravity, and integrates it with inventory records residing in Comply Plus. The module also utilizes a custom conversion table to standardize unit of measure into pounds. The resulting data set displays calculated information including opening, closing, maximum daily and average daily inventories, number of days on site, as well as manufactured, processed, and otherwise used totals. This module is designed to take the headache and guesswork out of threshold determinations for Form R and Tier II reporting. Federal or state specific Tier II reports print directly from the module and threshold calculations for Form R reporting are summarized to assist in SARA 313 requirements.
