A standard goggle lens can become damaged by contact with paint or chemicals. With this goggle, the Silicote-6 chemical resistant coating creates a protective barrier over the lens. Most acids, bases, and solvents (except hydorfluric acid) will wipe away. The goggle features a .050-in. thick polycarbonate lens and meets ANSI Z87.1-1989.
