Cured allows management to take control of the ergonomics process, including the convenience of accessing data, maintaining historical records, visualizing tasks, sharing data across facilities, understanding ergonomic risk factors, developing cost-effective solutions and managing the implementation process.

CURED provides the following capabilities:

  • Organization and standardization of descriptive job data, assessment data, video segments, solution implementation, progress and cost/benefit data.
  • Automated ergonomics analysis tools including: ETC's CURESTM system, organization specific risk assessment systems and modules representing models from the scientific and government communities (i.e. NIOSH 1991 Lifting Guidelines, OSHA 200 Log). Optional modules include: University of Michigan's 3D Static Strength and Energy Prediction programs.
  • Cost data for each job and a set of recommendations and solutions.
  • Multiple data collection options including form based and a portable pen based system.
  • On-line video review and analysis.
  • Simplification of the solution development and report generation process.
  • Extensive, illustrated database of commercially available products and tools with specifications, vendor information and keyword search capabilities.
  • Cross facility networking and 100% technical and ergonomics support from ETC.
Plans for growth of system include optional medical management, ADA and other Safety/Health modules (Lockout/Tagout is currently under development).
