Environmental Health and Safety Data Bank (EHSDB) is an environmental, health, and safety (EHS) assessment management software tool built on a Microsoft Access platform. The software may be run on a stand-alone personal computer, local area network, or an Intra/Internet site. It is an electronic system used to simplify the process of conducting EHS assessments, including audit preparation, data entry, storage, and retrieval. It can efficiently manage the assessment process and produce useful forms, reports, and graphs.

Pocket EHS uses a Windows CE operating system along with Pocket Access, and resides on a handheld computer. The database interfaces with the EHSDB, enabling users to perform EHS assessments in the field without carrying notebooks or other references. Numerous handheld computers are compatible with Pocket EHS.
