Phase I investigation to audit past and current utilization of property and possible operational environmental impact. All assessments are completed pursuant to ASTM 50 Standards. Phase II quantitative investigation to extract data on possible contamination sources through sampling, monitoring and environmental engineering review. Phase III project design and total management of remediation effort to gain "no further action" clean up status for property clearance. They also deal with the following:
