Form R Reporting Solution

TERMS® electronically manages MSDS and prepares an EPA approved Form R Report in both hardcopy and magnetic media. Our easy to use editing feature expedites form preparation. The software will analyze the chemicals on-site, sum the total of reportable chemicals, compare them to the threshold limits and automatically convert all units to pounds to generate your Form R Report on the proper federal form. Features include segregating inventory by manufactured, processed or otherwise used categories, producing report summary sheets listing Form R totals and allowing hazardous ingredient ranges. This program can calculate using average or maximum ingredient ranges and considers deminimus exemptions. Corbus' Form R Report has received annual EPA approval since 1988.
