After gaining audience attention by making the topic hit home, the program reminds viewers that machine guards, screens, and the array of engineered safety devices can protect their hands only when established safety procedures are followed. Filmed in cooperation with Westvaco, the video includes footage from three of their facilities, as well as scenes from laboratories, manufacturing sites such as steel mills and auto parts makers, and General Electric sites. It includes:

•The hand and how it works
•Best safety practices
