All organizations regulated by OSHA, must conduct evaluations to identify and mitigate hazards in the workplace. Under the General Duty Clause 5(a)(1), all companies are required to provide a safe and healthful workplace. These hazards must be evaluated to determine whether engineering, administrative or personal protection measures should be implemented.

  • Fires and Emergency Egress
  • Electrical Safety
  • Machine and Conveyor Guarding
  • Noise, Radiation, Heat & Cold
  • Machine-Operator Interfaces
  • Powered Platforms and Lift Trucks

  • Lock Out / Tag Out

Job Safety Analysis

A JSA should be performed on all job classifications to determine individual risks in the workplace. Each employee should be trained to safety perform his work function, the associated risks and PPE required.
