The SmartCard program issues one card to all employees, which stores all employee data. The card displays incentive awards that have been earned, offers prizes, sweepstakes and point accumulations/deductions. It also puts a new Safety, Quality or other advertising message on the card each time the employee swipes it. Instant awards of gifts employees accumulate points toward are both available. The information printed on the card can be changed every day.
