WCI is firmly committed to establishing and maintaining a positive relationship between the organization and its associates. To that end, we focus on proactive programs which promote issue-free management. From time to time, however, WCI members are targeted for union activity and require assistance. In these instances, WCI managers are immediately available to:
- help explain the union organizing
process under the National Labor
Relations Act.
- evaluate signs of activity and provide
counsel addressing specific activities such
as union handouts, card signing, etc.
- conduct "do's and don'ts" training for
managers to acquaint them with their
rights and responsibilities during a union
campaign.
- suggest law firms to provide legal
guidance during the campaign.
- advocate establishing a positive, performance-oriented relationship for our members who are organized.
