Lead Risk Assessor
This course is designed to assist Lead Inspectors in the identification and management of lead hazards in residential settings. Topics include responsibilities of the Risk Assessor, evaluation and assessment procedures, owner/occupant relations and hazard reduction plans. Lead Inspector is a pre-requisite for licensure.
