LONE WORKER SAFETY 2010 Conference & Exhibition On 11th May 2010

11th May 2010, Earls Court Conference Centre, London

The key objective of this unique and rather important event is to provide like minded professionals, genuinely interested in improving the personal safety of lone workers with specific and up-to-date information, which will go far beyond theory alone. Violence against lone workers is unacceptable and this event is about establishing how to combat this.

Robert Kaiser, Founder of PPSS and Organiser of the LONE WORKER SAFETY 2010 Conference & Exhibition states: "We have secured some of the leading, most passionate and respected specialists, covering all key issues of lone worker safety. They will deliver talks, offering ‘tried and tested', ‘factual based' and ‘straight forward' guidelines, recommendations, suggestions and procedures on how to reduce the risk of workplace violence".

This conference has been structured to focus not only on lone workers themselves, but also on their managers, team leaders and senior members of staff working within public sector enforcement, housing, social and health care, nursing, utilities field representatives and public transport, to name but a few.

Our aim is to offer a stage which allows all delegates to gain enhanced awareness of lone worker safety risks, improve understanding of the strategies needed to improve lone worker safety and gain a better knowledge of nature, causes and good responses to aggressive behaviour or conflict.

This event is sponsored by Connexion2 and endorsed by many professional organisations, such as the Association of Professional Ambulance Personnel. Jonathan Fox, Spokesman of the ASAP states: "This conference should be a must attend for all those managing lone workers and I would like to endorse this course on behalf of the union I represent".
