Our consultants generally begin with a comprehensive analysis of your operations to identify the actual and potential causes of loss. We follow up with practical recommendations that may include physical safeguarding, revised work methods, lockout and de-energization procedures, operator training, or use of personal protective equipment.

Technical Services
We offer several effective tools for enhancing manufacturing safety. For example, using the Liberty Savings Equation, we can show the cost-effectiveness of proposed loss control solutions so that corporate decisionmakers can predict with confidence the return on loss-control investments.

If you are planning new or modified facilities, we can assist with pre-operations safety planning. We work with you to identify and control potential hazards involving layout, material flow, workplace design, accessibility, life safety, electrical safety, housekeeping, machine safeguarding, and slips and falls prevention.

We can also provide a detailed machine safeguarding analysis of point-of-operation and other hazards for nearly all equipment and production machinery used in industry today. Many of our National Technical Center directors are represented on technical committees such as ANSI and ASTM.

Product Liability
