The year 2000 marks a milestone in the history of our company. Plasco, Incorporated was formed in May of 1950. In a small warehouse in Chicago, IL, we started producting raincoats. In 1964 our first medical products were produced. As the markets grew, so did Plasco. We moved the operation to Gurnee, IL in 1972 and continued to expand. In 1975 we started Medical Devices International to market our proprietary medical products. Plasco Engineered Products continued to develop new ideas and processes in manufacturing; with Radio Frequency sealing being our specialty. Other technologies employed in manufacturing these products include extrusion, printing, all types of sealing, injection molding and in-house ETO sterilization.
As we continue to grow with the ever-changing field of health care, we shall look to you, our customers, for continued support and ideas. We thank you for your dedication and we hope to continue to pursue mutually beneficial paths toward improved methods of caring for people.
