Miller Introduces StopFall Fall Restraint System For Climbing Wooden Poles

Source: Miller Fall Protection

User-friendly and reliable work positioning and fall arrest system.

Miller StopFall Pole Climbing/Positioning and Fall Restraint System by Miller Fall Protection is specifically designed with a 75-inch pole strap (maximum length) and features a 21-inch security strap with unique gaffs that "bite" into wooden poles.

The innovative StopFall System utilizes rubber belting and security straps that provide the most effective non-slip system available for climbing wood poles. The system includes corrosion-resistant, stainless steel gaffs that bite into wood poles, whether wet or dry, conduit or ice-covered. Nylon rollers permit free movement of the gaffs and minimize abrasion on the strap.

The durably constructed StopFall unit adjusts to fit poles with a 25- to 50-inch circumference for increased versatility. For added safety, the pole strap features a two-piece spring assembly that eliminates the possibility of a continuous electricity path; and the system includes easy-to-use self-locking snap hooks and length adjustment buckles.

Miller StopFall Systems meet all applicable OSHA, ANSI and CSA Standards including CSA Z259-14-99 for Type A and Type AB.
