MSDS Manager
Enviryx scans your MSDS into the Enviryx Internet-based MSDS system in the original manufacturer's format. The MSDS is linked to the facility inventory and is indexed by MSDS name, manufacturer's name and product name to make them easy to search.
Scanned MSDS w/ Indexed Regulatory Fields
If you want to automate your Tier 2 reporting process, Enviryx loads selected data elements of the scanned MSDS to the Enviryx relational database and links this information to your facility's product inventory. We index selected fields form the MSDS including product name, ingredients, % of ingredients, physical state and CAS#. The additional information required for regulatory reporting is brought in from the Chemical Manager and Inventory Manager modules.
MSDS under ANSI Z400.1 Standards
For the ultimate in chemical hazard communication management, your MSDS will be loaded (not scanned) into an up-to-date, online database in a fully indexed, 16-section ANSI format. Your MSDS are then available 24-hours a day for viewing or printing in the same standard ANSI Z400.1 format regardless of the product vendor. This consistent presentation of MSDS makes finding critical information from an MSDS fast and easy. By just pointing and clicking, you will be able to quickly go to the section of the MSDS you need.
