NEW Online Fall Protection Training Courses Now Available From Miller Training

Miller® Training announces new online Fall Prevention & Protection Training courses that can be easily accessed from the Miller Fall Protection website – www.millerfallprotection.com. The courses introduce proper fall protection procedures for anyone working at height. Online video training can be viewed at your convenience and time schedule. Two courses have been initially introduced and are currently available:

Fall Protection Orientation I – One-hour orientation course provides an overview of fall hazards and basic skills related to proper use of fall protection equipment. This course is designed for non-supervisory personnel with limited or no knowledge of fall hazards or protection procedures.

Fall Protection Orientation II – 70-minute course provides an introduction to hazard identification and basic skills related to proper use of fall protection equipment. This course is designed for non-supervisory personnel with limited exposure to fall hazards.

In addition to new, online safety at height training, Miller Training offers Customized On-Your-Site Fall Prevention and Protection Training, as well as Pre-Scheduled Open Enrollment Training Courses conducted annually in select cities throughout North America and at their dedicated training facility in Franklin, Pennsylvania.

The Open Enrollment Training Series is centered around a two-day Competent Person Training program, a course designed for safety directors, facility and site supervisors, foremen and crew chiefs who must serve as the Competent Person as outlined by OSHA 1926.32(f), 1926.500 and 1910 standards. All Miller Training programs provide awareness, knowledge and the skills necessary to ensure safety on the jobsite. Taught by field-experienced, professional instructors, the training sessions include live demonstrations, while addressing site-specific variables and performance requirements of fall prevention and protection. Training programs offered at the Miller Innovation & Training Center in Franklin, PA have access to a 40-foot indoor tower, indoor confined space area, as well as three levels of catwalks for "hands-on" training experience.
