PeakWorks Equips Fall Protection Equipment With RFID And Provides Full Safety Traceability By Joining N4 Systems' Field ID Safety Network
Vaughan, Ontario - PeakWorks Inc. has joined the Field ID Safety Network to provide full safety traceability on their entire line of fall protection equipment. PeakWorks Inc. will equip all fall protection equipment with RFID tags and will use N4 Systems' Field ID, the world's leading automated inspection and real-time safety compliance management software, to provide safety traceability to distributors, inspectors and end users.
"We understand the importance of safety traceability and proper inspection management. With all the compliance regulations, most notably ANSI Z35.1-2007, and the ever increasing importance of liability reduction, Field ID is the solution we were looking for. By joining the Field ID Safety Network our customers are provided with the tools to easily manage safety compliance by using technologies such as RFID, mobile devices and the Web," said Gabriele Fusco, President of PeakWorks Inc.
"Fall protection equipment is highly regulated because of the high profile of risk associated with aerial work. There is a huge amount of paperwork that must be created to ensure a harness is safe and compliant with safety regulations. The paper trail required becomes quickly unmanageable and often neglected. By joining the Field ID Safety Network, PeakWorks Inc. will empower their customers with the tools required to electronically manage their inspections and safety compliance, completely paper free," noted Somen Mondal, CEO of N4 Systems, Inc.
PeakWorks Inc. will equip all equipment with RFID tags and register each piece in the Field ID Safety Network in the next coming months.
