The RESPONDER personal light has a patent pending design
The RESPONDER personal light has a patent pending design that features an interchangeable power system. This allows the light to be powered by either a Ni-Cad rechargeable battery pack or 4 C-cell alkaline batteries. The rechargeable battery pack provides 2 hr. of burn time, while Alkaline batteries will provide up to 5 hr. of brightness.
The Quick Charger (AC and DC versions available) restores the rechargeable pack in one hr. and features a one-hand release. The charger has been designed to recognize the rechargeable battery pack, therefore, if the light is put into the charger while loaded with Alkaline batteries, no harm will come to the QuickCharger or the light unit. The light also features an over-sized push button switch, super-bright Halogen bulb and two spare bulb holders. It includes a stainless steel coat clip and split ring.
