Safety Awareness Course
Module one is an introduction and overview of the system. Module two covers the first two critical errors, "eyes not on task" and "mind not on task", and explains how to improve them. Module three includes the last two critical errors, "line of fire" and "balance, traction or grip". It explains how to avoid line of fire injuries and how to improve balance, traction and grip. Module four covers the four states that cause these critical errors: rushing, frustration, fatigue, and complacency. For each state, specific tips are given to prevent injury. Module five offers four techniques that can be used to prevent critical errors and explains how to use these techniques to prevent injury.
