Eagle Rock's Business Reliability Strategy Development is a comprehensive study identifying and evaluating viable recovery strategies. The effort includes the investigation of both internal and commercially available external solutions for recovery, which are appropriate to the environment. Crisis Management Planning

How an organization responds to an incident, and manages activities during and immediately following a crisis, has a significant impact on the well-being of employees, customers, stakeholders, the public and the firm. Eagle Rock Crisis Management Planning assists firms in developing, implementing and testing this critical planning element. The effort includes the identification and documentation of executive and employee roles and responsibilities for managing the crisis. The capability to recover involves not only people and technology, but also access to critical backup data within the timeframe that supports established business recovery objectives. Procedures are developed to establish adequate backup, rotation, restoration and roll-forward capabilities that will enable full recovery back to the point at which production was interrupted. Eagle Rock will document a comprehensive vital records management program that will govern the classification, usage, storage and destruction of both paper and electronic vital records, in accordance with corporate strategies and applicable regulations.
