The Stretch Break program reminds users to take short stretch breaks while working at their computers. The software shows users how to do a number of stretches. As each session begins, the program determines the last stretch users completed, and then starts users on the next stretch in the sequence. Users can choose the time between sessions, the number of stretches, and the stretches they want to do. A tracking module monitors usage at each workstation.
This program helps reduce stress levels, stiffness, muscle ache, Repetitive Stress Injuries and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. The stretches last 15 to 20 seconds, so users are back to work quickly.
