Technical Training Services
Course Development
CAI develops each class with close feedback from the client. First, the educational and behavioral objectives are outlined. Then, the technical approach and content are developed. The learning objectives guide the development of exercises, case studies, and multimedia presentations. Participants are provided with specially developed workbooks and examinations to ensure that participants meet the behavioral and educational goals of the course. CAI solicits evaluations from the client and course participants to ensure the continued improvement and effectiveness of our instructors and courses.
