All weather high capacity instant tempered water supply for safety shower and eye wash stations using steam and cold water.

Operation
When the shower or eyewash station is activated, the pressure drop on a diaphragm opens a steam control valve. Water and steam flow are established instantly heating the water and condensing the steam. A water-mixing valve then blends the heated water with cold water to produce an output of 85 degrees F (29 degrees C) water. Additional valves keep the system preheated, freeze protected and scald protected.

• Maintains constant 85 degrees F (29 degrees C) output regardless of inlet water temperature (between 40 degrees F and 85 degrees F).
• Uses existing plant steam and water supply.
• Provides 3 to 30 GPM of 85 degrees F (29 degrees C) water with an inlet water pressure of 45 PSI.
• Easy to install on existing shower or eyewash/shower stations.
